Step 1 : Create Your Account
Create your IGSA account using your basic contact details. Your account will allow you to manage your entries, product information and registration throughout the competition.

Step 2 : Add Your Company & Product Details
Enter your company information and add the details of each spirit you wish to enter. Select the appropriate category and sub-category for every product so that your entry is evaluated against the right group of spirits.

Step 3 : Complete Your Registration & Submit Your Entry
Complete the online registration form and submit the applicable entry fee for each product. As part of your registration, please upload a clear product photograph showing a single unit of your beverage. This image may be used in IGSA promotional materials, winner announcements and official winner graphics. For the best presentation, we recommend submitting a full product shot on a clean white or transparent background.

Step 4 : Ship Your Samples
Once your registration is complete, detailed sample shipping instructions and shipping labels will be provided, including the warehouse address, required documentation, and guidelines. Once the warehouse is open, registered entrants can arrange shipment of their samples according to the guidelines provided by IGSA. Shipping information will be shared with registered entrants by April 2027.

Important: Please DO NOT ship your samples until you have received the official shipping instructions and notification from IGSA.

Step 5 : Judging & Results
Your spirit will undergo the IGSA blind judging process, where it is independently evaluated by technical spirits experts and Indian trade buyers. Results and award recognition will be announced after 45 days following the judging period.

Competition Categories

IGSA accepts entries across 30 spirit categories — from whisky, gin, vodka, rum & cane spirits and brandy to agave spirits, liqueurs, pre-mixed drinks and speciality spirits — with 341 sub-categories in total, so every entry is judged against the right group of spirits.
